BOTTOMS UP PEOPLE! ;)

PARTY ANIMAL?? ;)

Just got back from an amazing house party!

It was quite unexpected cos I was just about to settle down for a quiet evening in when I received a Facebook IM inviting me so I had to quickly finish eating my meal, freshen up, change into suitable clothes and rush down to the cinema where I was being picked up.

The evening got better as the night when on and drinks progressed from Beer to Vodka + Cola and then finally to shots. The Music was pumping amazing, I knew my limits and I damn well almost went over my limit but was then enticed into a teepee for some cheeky Shisha and from then on things mellowed and everything became vaguely amusing :P

I think I might have been almost too open when someone asked me about my sex life and there was one point where the whole room hushed (or seemed to) when I was describing some sexual encounter. I feel that if people ask then they can darn well hear the truth right?

I took a FEW pics but my phone as a tad shitty and gettin' old so yehh

(Pic below) Mid- Evening, completely drunk when I took this :P This is Dom showing his amazing bottle balancing skills lol

(below) The Ice bucket of BEER ;)

Presenting the cake (This was near the beginning)

Oh and guess what ....?
There's ANOTHER  party tonight ! (in fact I better start gettin' ready :P)

It felt good - awesome even - to be back partying again!! I had a break cos of exams and shit but now the summer's comin' ? Bring it onn baby! BRING IT THE FUCK ON! ;)

Sunbathing, Swimming, Sauna & Spa

Went to the local spa on Monday as it was a day off, the indoor spa was so peaceful I didn't want to break the water! (see picture below!) The outside pool was cool and refreshing and it was soo lovely to dive into the cool water after soaking up the heat on the deck chairs! The weather today is cloudy but the sun is amazing this year! I'm tanned already and that's all natural! Most of you know that I only use the basic cosmetic products (Moisturiser, Lip balm and Sun Protection) I like looking and FEELING natural ;)

The Indoor Spa (right before I dived in)

Crossing the Bristol Suspension Bridge!

Nude Sunbathing (to the delight of my neighbours :P)
My legs are getting brown already! :O

That's it for now! Will update soon I hope :)
Have Fun in the Sun ;)

EXCERPT FROM MY NEW NOVEL!

So, hey people!
Today I decided that I'd share a short, taster from from my new novel (work in process)
This excerpt is taken from near the beginning, some parts are definite cliche's but hey, what's not to love heh!
The novel is set in London and follows the journey of Justin as he tells his story and stumbles into all kinds of adventures, meeting new people and experiences all the way. Check it out, hope you like :)

" It was like the music had died down, people were dancing in slow motion and as I looked into the beautiful eyes beside me, I saw similarity, I saw a place that spelt glamour, style and most importantly; a place that spelt home.  I'm sure that she sensed that in me as well. Two ends met and it was so .. nice to find someone that wasn't solely interested in a good shag. No words parted from our lips as I slid my arm around her waist and led her out of the club. Out of the door, down into the street and into the glittering night that enveloped us ... "

That's it for now .. maybe I'll include some more sometime soon :P

Okay people just a quickie tonight ;)

In previous posts I've talked about sexuality and I'd like to expand on that a little further ...
Why is it that some feel the need to sit down earnestly, maybe tearfully, dramatically or sensitively and explain their sexual orientation to their parents? Surely, by doing this one is making homosexuality or bisexuality to be some kind of life-threatening disease, since when does one make all that fuss about being straight?
By making a huge deal of it, you're making it out to be something that isn't 'normal' (I hate that word) when homosexuality and bisexuality have existed since the beginning of time. It's nothing new and no big deal OK? It exists everywhere:  in the animal kingdom, in the plant world .. (I sware I heard of a homosexual flower :P)

But seriously, it's NOT a huge deal OK
If people have a problem with who you are the that is entirely THEIR problem and most definitely NOT yours.

Secondly, I've known people who get people saying that they will 'go to hell' unless they don't 'turn back to God' And here's what I say to those old-fashioned disillusioned people:

If I'm not going to the same heaven as you are then that - is - GREAT!
and in case you have fogotten, God loves ALL people okay and hey guess what
there are no brackets in the bible saying (except homosexual, bisexuals, transgenders)
Opinions change, it's inevitable. At the time when the bible was written, the society was indeed homophobic, but look at our history OK, our opinions have changed about race and colour and creed and back then in the grotesque time of racism and slavery they probably thought that anyone who did not have white skin was in those brackets with the homosexuals, bisexuals etc .. Sexism aswell,  at one point women were in those brackets and the time when children were treated like dogs, 'speak when you're spoken to' they were close to being included in the brackets. The list goes on ..
So you can see where I'm comin' from right?
People's opinions and views are constantly changing and we need to work on destroying the illusion of the brackets because we are all people OK and no matter what or who we are; nothing makes us better or worse than anyone or anything else.

Thankyou and goodnight

Just come back from our cottage in the rolling hills of Devon lol
had a great time with family and some friends came down to stay for a night which was awesome :)
Went swimming TWICE with - admittedly - a wetsuit (which amazingly still fits despite everyone remarking on 'how much I've grooown') Had some lush cliff walks and dinner out in a secluded pub somewhere in a tiny village where only old people crawl the streets picking up their dog's poop and spending every waking hour having cakes and buns in tea rooms :P

ALSO it was my close friend's 18th which was Faaabulous :)
Took  few pics on my crappy phone but more importantly met some awesome people
and had a swell time .. :)

Greetings from the beach :)

Ohhh my, I can just smell the summer holidays ;)

FASHION and me through the years..

Ok so this evening I thought I'd talk about Fashion and how my style has changed through the years.
First off it's fair to say that I've had some fashion disasters in my past. Most - maybe all in fact - have been down to my constant desire to experiment and go against the grain (as it was) Having said that there have definitely been times where I've decided to just 'fit in' and wear what everyone else around me is wearing and and now I'm confident to say that - while influence from friends and peers etc can be useful and inspiring sometimes - It's better to absorb what you see and give it your own personal twist and this can be as subtle or unsubtle as one wants!

Standing out and being outrageous certainly isn't for everyone and certainly at times it's not for me!
If I wanna go down the road to buy some tea on a sunday morning then I'm not gonna go out dressed up and fabulous, I'm gonna grab whatever is nearest and traipse down (even in my slippers :P)
I suppose it comes down to moderation and mood.
Grumpy : I'm gettin' a hoodie while hyped and happy : Time to be creative and fabulous

Now, some are probably thinking "yeah, yeah common sense..." right??

As a child I grew up willing to put any item of clothing on that came my way and not giving a fucks biscuit about where It was bought, who had made it and what it was made of.
Getting older and approaching the teenage years I became slightly more fussy and my taste in clothing became somewhat inventive at the least. I guess also at this time I also felt the urge to blend in and wear trackies, hoodies and trainers.
As a teenager I became obsessed with Kylie Minogue (I knoooow ahahahaaa)
And I the urge to be creative and different became all the more clear. Here is where I became more interested in Fashion and what was considered 'cool' and 'hip' I looked further into the world and became influenced by people globally and outside the classroom.
As an older teen and approaching the present time now I've become even more interested and influenced by Fashion and less interested in 'fitting in' as I used to be. The price no longer solely dictates whether I buy something but it certainly serves as guide and there are definitely limits as to how much I will pay for an item but there are limits for everyone right?

"Change is as natural as breathing" and I believe that it always inevitable and healthy.
There are certain things that remain constant however and for me I've always preferred colour and quirk as opposed to monotones and colour cliches, for instance I've always noticed that men mainly wear black, white, grey or blue and so I will search that extra half hour to find that red sweater! That's not to say that I never wear black, white, grey or blue in fact I've been told that grey really compliments my skin tone. All I'm saying is that I feel that's it's much more fun and challenging to create your own groove and not just slide into a groove that has been worn down by so many others! Part of the fun is seeing people's reactions and I've noticed that over the years the reactions have become much more positive and people - strangers even - stop me in the street and compliment me so of course it's nice when you get it right but it's the getting it wrong and experimenting that's the interesting part :)

So for the future ... God only knows but undoubtedly I will change and revolutionise and you know what?? Bring it ooon! BRING IT THE FUCK ON BABY!

Peace & Love
